This is great. It’s a good starting point to develop a framework not just for liposomes but for all future protocols, such as assembling Cytosol reactions, DNA design, etc. Learning from this DevNote, it would be great to have a protocol navigator page somewhere on ‘devnotes.nucleus.engineering’ where developers can easily navigate through different protocols. Here’s a version of what it may look like. I have also attached the html file to play around with the decision tree.
